M&A
Mergers and acquisitions constitute a significant part of Lindahl's operations. Our experience as advisors and our expertise in the M&A field are well recognized, and our skilled and experienced M&A lawyers are largely also skilled in other legal areas.

In the area of M&A, we assist both Swedish and international companies in their roles as buyers, sellers, or target companies. Our experience and market overview enable us to provide strategic and structural advice to our clients and handle the often complex issues that arise in the context of a business transfer. By building an understanding of the client's business and then working together with other competence groups within the firm, we can offer our clients tailored advice with transaction-specific expertise relevant to each individual deal.
We are consistently top-ranked in surveys focusing on client satisfaction and are continually working to develop our advisory services. Our extensive experience, broad specialist competence, and our project management and documentation skills enable fast, efficient, and high-quality transaction management.
Our M&A advisory services:
We often become involved at an early stage to plan the transaction together with the client and identify the key commercial and legal parameters. Based on this work, we then present, drawing from our experiences, a proposal on how the process should be guided and managed. This includes all key factors, assumptions, and costs. Our advice is characterized by proactivity and a straightforward, open dialogue.
To accommodate the increasingly common cross-border elements in transactions, we offer access to foreign lawyers and other advisors when needed. We are not part of any alliance, which allows us the freedom to choose the advisors that best suit each individual client.
