Lindahl advises Image Systems AB (publ) on fully subscribed rights issue of shares

Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to the Linköping-based high-tech company Image Systems AB (publ) ("Image Systems") in connection with a rights issue of approximately SEK 21.4 million.

Through the rights issue, which was fully subscribed, Image Systems will receive issue proceeds of approximately SEK 21.4 million before issue costs. The proceeds will, among other things, be used to complete ongoing and carry out planned development projects, and to strengthen the company's ability to capitalise on the business opportunities expected to arise once the market turns.

Lindahl's team consisted of Johan Herrström, Pontus Söderberg and Jonathan Åkesson.
