Industry
Lindahl's industry group is focused on providing broad legal advice to the manufacturing, energy, and raw materials industries. The lawyers in the group—many of whom have extensive experience as in-house counsel—have a deep understanding of these industries' business operations, conditions, and needs, both from a commercial and legal perspective.
Among Lindahl's clients are both Swedish and international industrial companies on both the supplier and purchaser sides. Lindahl continuously assists with projects related to industrial facilities and infrastructure, such as the delivery and installation of heavy machinery in connection with various industrial and power projects, as well as tunnel and road construction.
An important part of our collaboration with the industry is our extensive experience in drafting and negotiating industry-specific procurement, delivery, and cooperation agreements.
In addition to contract negotiations and drafting, our offerings to the industrial sector include the preparation of tender documents and quotations, assistance with procurement, ongoing advice during project implementation and the warranty period, as well as liability investigations and dispute resolution.
"Among Lindahl's clients are both Swedish and international industrial companies on both the supplier and purchaser sides."
Employment law is another area for which several of the industry group's lawyers are frequently engaged. The matters often involve business downsizing or transfers of business units, as well as individual cases of terminations.
We also have particular experience in assisting clients with the selection of the appropriate standard contracts and the necessary adaptations of these, such as FIDIC, Orgalime, NL, ABA 99, and SSG, etc.
