Private Equity
Lindahl has extensive experience representing actors in private equity, and we regularly assist Swedish and international private equity funds in both the venture capital and buyout sectors.
Our advisory services cover all stages of a transaction, where we assist our clients with, among other things:
Preparing for and structuring the transaction
Conducting any necessary due diligence
Negotiations
Executing the transaction itself
We also regularly work with fund establishments.
In cross-border transactions, we often serve as advisors for the Swedish part of the transaction, but we have both the experience and capacity to coordinate advisors in the various countries involved in the transaction. In an international context, we also have the opportunity to leverage the legal expertise in our global network, Terralex.
