We have many years’ experience in the EU trademark process and international application procedures, both nationally in different countries and in accordance with the so-called Madrid Protocol. With the aid of our international network of partners, we provide assistance in submitting, managing and defending national intellectual property rights around the world.
Our intellectual property specialists assist clients with advice throughout the intellectual property process. We assist with everything from carrying out preliminary investigations, for example regarding the chances of using and registering a new trademark, to maintaining, defending and commercialising the intellectual property rights.
We offer our clients the opportunity to access their intellectual property portfolio externally via the IPR Control tool. Using the tool, the client can itself check the status of trademark and pattern cases being managed by Lindahl, for example.
