Lindahl acted as deal counsel to Pareto Securities AB in connection with a rights issue of shares in Teneo AI. The rights issue was a central part of a broader refinancing of Teneo AI that substantially reduced the company's indebtedness.
Teneo AI delivers advanced AI solutions for contact center automation. The company's AI agents handle millions of conversations daily across voice and digital channels, integrating with platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Microsoft, AWS and Google.
