Lindahl advises Sweco in connection with its public offer to the shareholders of the consulting group Projektengagemang
Lindahl, together with Nord Advokater, is advising Sweco Sverige AB in connection with its recommended takeover offer to the shareholders of Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ).
Shareholders representing approximately 62.62 percent of the outstanding shares and approximately 80.79 percent of the outstanding votes in Projektengagemang have undertaken to accept the offer.
The offer is conditional upon Sweco Sweden becoming the owner of shares corresponding to more than 90 percent of the outstanding shares in Projektengagemang and that the necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.
DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB is acting as financial advisor to Sweco.
Lindahl's team is led by Nils Lundgren and also consists of Jannica Stefansson, Peter Bäverlid, Christer Hagberg, Isabelle Selemba, Ida Hjorth, Hugo Norlén, Isabella Mellberg, Dennis Westermark, Joakim Bolinder and Leo Mileblad. Nord Advokaters' team consisted of Magnus Lindstedt, assisted primarily by Amanda Henriksson.
