Lindahl advises Kebni on a directed share issue of approximately SEK 55 million
Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to Kebni AB in connection with a directed share issue of approximately SEK 55 million to Swedish and international institutional investors. The directed share issue was carried out as an accelerated bookbuilding process conducted by Pareto Securities AB.
The issue was oversubscribed and included both new and existing investors. The majority of the net proceeds is intended to be used for development and production scale-up within Inertial Sensing, where Kebni sees several customer projects maturing simultaneously and aims to double production capacity and further develop the IMU products Polaris, Arrow and Spear. A significant portion will go towards further developing and commercialising the SatCom portfolio, where the company considers itself well positioned as one of few fully EU-based suppliers and sees particular potential in the gimbal platforms P7 and P9, with demand driven by NATO-compatible solutions. The remainder will strengthen working capital and financial flexibility in order to support continued growth and the execution of the company’s expansion plans.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Monica Lagercrantz and Gustav Ahlgren.
