Lindahl advises Dormy on listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market

Dormy is Sweden’s leading golf retailer and one of Europe’s largest retailers of golf equipment. In connection with the listing, an offering was made to the general public in Sweden and to institutional investors in Sweden and internationally to acquire existing shares in the company offered by Stymie Invest AB.

The offering attracted significant interest from Swedish and international institutional investors as well as from the general public in Sweden and was several times oversubscribed. The offering price was set at SEK 70 per share, corresponding to a market capitalisation of Dormy of approximately SEK 1,050 million. The offering included, among others, commitments from Carnegie Fonder, Cicero Fonder and the Hielte family.

The listing broadens Dormy’s shareholder base and creates conditions for the company’s continued growth and expansion in the European market. In connection with the listing, Dormy welcomes approximately 5,000 new shareholders.

Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Erika Svensson and Robert Asplund (responsible partners), as well as Ida Karlsson, Andreas Eklöf, Emelie Carmhagen and Anna Drogou.
