Lindahl advises NordAmps AB (publ) on listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market
Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal counsel to NordAmps AB (publ) in connection with the company’s listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The first day of trading in NordAmps’ shares was 30 September 2026.
In connection with the listing, an offering was made to the general public in Sweden and Finland, as well as to institutional investors, to subscribe for newly issued shares in NordAmps. The offering price was set at SEK 15.5 per share, corresponding to a market capitalisation of NordAmps of SEK 100 million prior to the completion of the offering. The offering was subscribed to approximately 91.2 per cent. In connection with the listing, NordAmps welcomes approximately 520 new shareholders.
Lindahl’s team consisted primarily of Thorbjörn Wennerholm and Fredrik Holmström.
