Lindahl advises Söderbergföretagen in acquisitions
Industrigruppen Söderbergföretagen J AB has acquired 95 percent of the shares in Focus Electronic AB from Focus Ljusreklam and Visionsbolaget S 2398 AB.
Lindahl advised Söderbergföretagen through Johan Herrström (responsible partner), Annika Brandt and Sofia Smetana.
About Focus Electronic
Focus Electronic designs and delivers complex, high-tech indoor and outdoor information systems for advertising, information, traffic and parking. The company is the leading company in Sweden in Digital Signage (LED displays) and parking guidance systems and has, for example, delivered Europe's largest LED display to Mall of Scandinavia. Focus Electronic has a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million.
