Lindahl advises dLaboratory Sweden AB (publ) on agreement to acquire Techinova AB

Lindahl has advised dLaboratory Sweden AB (publ) (“dLab”) in connection with the agreement to acquire all shares in Techinova AB, a Swedish technology company providing solutions for monitoring, control and automation of power grids (“Techinova”).

dLab has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Techinova, which develops and provides solutions for monitoring, control and automation of power grids. Techinova’s offering includes RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) solutions, SCADA systems, control systems for energy storage, as well as proprietary system solutions for monitoring and controlling distribution grids. Techinova is a Swedish technology company headquartered in Karlskrona and generated revenue of approximately SEK 55 million during the 2025/26 financial year.

Lindahl’s team, which assisted with the agreement negotiations and legal due diligence, consisted of Thorbjörn Wennerholm (responsible partner), Sepehr Namazi, Alva Resare, Anna Wallin, Carl Matzner and Emanuel Franzen.
