Lindahl advises Nolato on the divestment of its Romanian operations

The divestment is part of Nolato's strategic direction and concerns a business with an annual turnover of just over SEK 60 million. According to Nolato, the business will pass to a new owner well-placed to continue developing the operations, whilst the transaction delivers a competitive purchase price for Nolato.

The transaction is conditional upon approval from local authorities and is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2026.

Lindahl's team consisted of Viktor Wihlstrand and Vanessa Tellenmark.
