Lindahl Advises Bokusgruppen AB (publ) on the Acquisition of Pen Store Sthlm AB
Advokatfirman Lindahl has advised Swedish bookseller Bokusgruppen AB (publ) on its acquisition of Pen Store Sthlm AB ("Pen Store"), a leading Nordic retailer of pens and artists' materials.
Through its subsidiary Bokus AB, Bokusgruppen has acquired all shares in Pen Store, the leading Nordic retailer of pens and artists' materials, with an e-commerce business serving customers across the European Union. Headquartered in Stockholm, Pen Store generated revenue of approximately SEK 112 million during the 2024/2025 financial year.
Lindahl advised on the transaction, including the share purchase agreement negotiations and legal due diligence. The team comprised Thorbjörn Wennerholm (lead partner), Sepehr Namazi and Jonathan Åkesson.
