Lindahl advises Q-linea on a directed new share issue of SEK 301 million
Lindahl has advised Q-linea AB (publ) in connection with a directed new share issue that will provide the company with SEK 301 million before transaction costs.
The subscription price was set through an accelerated bookbuilding process at SEK 137 per share, which corresponds to a discount of approximately 5.8 per cent in relation to the closing price on Nasdaq Stockholm on 10 June 2021. A large number of Swedish and international institutional investors and industry specialists participated in the new share issue.
ABG Sundal Collier, Carnegie Investment Bank and Kempen & Co acted as joint bookrunners in the new share issue.
Lindahl's team consisted of Mattias Prage (responsible partner), Helena Lindbäck and Elsa Malmqvist.
