Lindahl advises Q-linea AB on rights issue of shares
Lindahl is acting as legal adviser to Q-linea AB (publ) in connection with a rights issue of shares amounting to approximately SEK 322 million.
Provided that the rights issue is fully subscribed, Q-linea will receive approximately SEK 322 million before deduction of issue costs. The company has received subscription and guarantee commitments as well as subscription intentions from existing shareholders, all board members and the majority of senior executives, amounting to a total of approximately SEK 275.8 million, corresponding to approximately 85.6 percent of the rights issue.
Q-linea is a commercial company that primarily develops instruments and consumables for more efficient infection diagnostics. The company's main product, ASTar, is a fully automated instrument that, using the consumables developed and manufactured by the company, can measure bacterial susceptibility to antibiotics. Q-linea's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market.
