Lindahl advises on the sale of Finja Betong and Finja Bemix
Lindahl has acted as adviser to Finja AB in connection with the sale of Finja Betong AB and Finja Bemix AB to Sika AG.
Sika has entered into an agreement to acquire Finja, a leading and well-established company in building materials for masonry and rendered construction. Finja offers an extensive range of dry mortar and masonry blocks which are supplied via a nationwide network of qualified retailers.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026.
Lindahl's team has primarily consisted of Johan Tollgerdt Ronnell, Carl-Johan Krusell and Alva Resare.
