Lindahl advises HANZA in the acquisition of Orbit One

Orbit One operates in two production facilities in Sweden and one in Poland and has a total of around 620 employees. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1.1 billion with an operating profit (EBITA) of approximately SEK 70 million.
The acquisition strengthens HANZA's manufacturing cluster in Sweden and Central Europe, adds capacity and expertise in electronics manufacturing and contributes to increased earnings per share.

Beyond acting as legal advisor in the acquisition, Lindahl has also assisted HANZA with bank funding in connection to the transaction. The Lindahl team has primarily consisted of Michael Edquist, Emelie Carmhagen, Fredrik Gillgren, Madeleine Hallstedt, Hugo Norlén, Alexander Tham, and Isabella Mellberg.
