Lindahl advises the sellers of Johnson Metall on sale to Grönskär
Lindahl has acted as legal counsel to the sellers of Johnson Metall AB in connection with the sale of a majority stake in the company to Grönskär Gruppen AB.
Johnson Metall is the Nordic region’s largest manufacturer of slide bearings, wear plates and bronze products, with its production facilities and headquarters in Örebro, Sweden, and sales offices in Norway and Denmark. Founded in 1940, the company has approximately 125 employees across the Nordic region and serves customers in sectors including infrastructure, mining, marine and forestry.
Through the acquisition, Johnson Metall will become a new business unit within Grönskär Gruppen. The current management team will remain as shareholders and continue to lead the business.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Robert Asplund, Ida Karlsson, Andreas Eklöf and Karin Sliwinska Helge.
