Lindahl has assisted Salix Group in the acquisition of Beslag Design
Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to Salix Group in connection with the acquisition of Beslag Design. Through the acquisition, Beslag Design will become an integral part of Salix Group and will strengthen its presence in the fittings and interior products market. Beslag Design, which was founded in Båstad in 1972 and which had total sales of approximately SEK 190 million in 2023, offers a broad range of fittings and interior design items for both homes and public environments.

The Lindahl team primarily consisted of Thorbjörn Wennerholm, Alex Malta, Anders Carls, Christian Sundén, Thea Nygren and Alva Resare.
