Lindahl assists with the sale of Microbas Precision AB to Alder
Advokatfirman Lindahl assisted the seller in the sale of the shares in Microbas Precision AB (“Microbas”) to Alder.

Microbas, which has its head office in Hässleholm, is a leader in the industry and a pioneer in the manufacture of niche, high-precision components in materials such as glass ceramics, optical glass, metals, granite and other customised materials. These components are used in the rapidly growing global semiconductor industry, cleantech, display technology, space technology, optics and other areas. Microbas’ customers primarily consist of companies which are global market leaders in their segments and with which Microbas has built long-term relationships.
As the new majority owner, Alder will provide capital, expertise and support to enable Microbas to continue to grow through geographical expansion and further development of Microbas’ products and services to meet the requirements of both new and existing customers.
Magnus Lindvall will remain as CEO and as a significant shareholder in Microbas through reinvestment.
The Lindahl team consisted of project manager Viktor Friberg, Annika Brandt, Gabriel Miller, Alex Malta, Ellen Frisk, Johanna Karlsson and Staffan Brandt (responsible partner).
