Lindahl assisted Newbury Pharmaceuticals AB with listing of the company's shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
In connection with the listing, a new share issue of approximately SEK 50 million was carried out for the general public in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland as well as for institutional investors. There was a great deal of interest in the offer, which was oversubscribed. The first day of trading is 4 February.
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Newbury in connection with the listing and raising capital and the team consisted mainly of Johan Herrström and Pontus Söderberg.
