Lindahl advisors in Amplio's acquisition of Edekyl & Värme
Lindahl has acted as advisor to the sellers in connection with Amplio's acquisition of Edekyl & Värme.

Edekyl & Värme has a turnover of approximately 300 million and has about 100 employees. Together with Amplio's previous portfolio companies in the same segment, Edekyl & Värme will become part of the newly formed corporate group Tedge Energy. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
