Prevas AB (publ) has acquired 51 percent of DVel AB. DVel AB specializes in testing and measurement technology and has a track record of delivering successful test systems to, among others, Ericsson and Saab. Through the acquisition, Prevas and DVel establish themselves in a leading position in the segment for advanced test systems.
