Lindahl advisor to owners of Btwentyfour Holding AG in sale to Adelis Equity Partners
Lindahl Law Firm has acted as legal advisor to the owners of Btwentyfour Holding AG ("Btwentyfour") in connection with the sale of the company to Adelis Equity Partners ("Adelis").
The transaction is subject to approval from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP) and is expected to be completed in January 2025.
Btwentyfour is a leading supply chain data automation software platform that enables brands and retailers to seamlessly connect and exchange business-critical data with their trading partners, including product catalogs, orders, delivery notifications, invoices, sales and inventory data, images and more.
Lindahl's team in the transaction consisted of Mikael Smedeby, Elsa Malmqvist, Alexander Hase, Tobias Bengtsson, Anders Carls, and Anna Drogou.
