Lindahl advisor in the sale of Nercia Utbildning AB and Nercia Bemanning AB
Lindahl acted as an advisor in the transfer of all shares in Nercia Utbildning AB and Nercia Bemanning AB (“Nercia”). The transfer means that Consolid Equity becomes the majority shareholder in Nercia.
Nercia has been helping people, companies and organisations with supply of skills and achieving greater efficiency since 1922. Nercia provides business training courses, vocational college training courses and professional adult education, etc. and also trains participants in attractive, in-demand professional categories in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service. Nercia also offers recruitment and staffing services. The companies had total sales of just over SEK 200 million in 2023.
Lindahl assisted the majority owner Nercia Holding AB in the transaction. The Lindahl team consisted of Clas Rosdahl, Ida Karlsson (M&A) and Karin Sliwinska Helge (employment law).
