Lindahl advises the majority shareholder on the sale of Herok Group
Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to the majority shareholder of Herok Group AB in connection with HLL Hyreslandslaget AB's acquisition of all shares in the company. Herok is a rental company with a strong presence in the Mälardalen region and has, over many years, built a business characterised by close customer relationships, local engagement and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Through the transaction, Herok will become part of the HLL Group, one of Sweden's leading equipment rental companies. At the same time, the sellers will reinvest a significant portion of the purchase price in HLL and thereby become long-term shareholders in the combined business. Together, the companies will create a strong regional presence across central and eastern Sweden with favourable conditions for continued growth.
The acquisition is subject to customary competition approval.
Lindahl's team consisted of Robert Asplund (responsible partner) and Ida Karlsson.
