Lindahl advises Salix Järn, Bygg & Agri AB on the acquisition of Hans Eggestrand AB
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Salix Järn, Bygg & Agri AB, a company within the Nordic trading group Salix Group, in the acquisition of Hans Eggestrand AB.
Hans Eggestrand AB is a nationwide full-service wholesaler that sells quality tools and machines for professional use in the construction, iron, machinery, industrial, plumbing, and electrical trades. With dealers and partners throughout Sweden and in certain segments of Norway and Denmark, the company offers a broad and customized range of strong brands both domestically and internationally.
Salix Järn, Bygg & Agri AB is part of the Nordic trading group Salix Group.
