Lindahl acts as legal adviser to Medivir in a private placement of approximately 140 MSEK

The issue was oversubscribed and involved both new and existing investors. The capital will primarily be used to commence clinical development of the drug candidate MIV-711 for the new indication of Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease (Perthes disease), a rare and serious paediatric condition for which there are currently no approved drug treatments.

This capital raise enables Medivir to further develop a drug candidate that has the potential to address a significant unmet medical need and create long-term value.

Lindahl's team consisted of Erika Svensson, Theo Biström and Anna Drogou.
