Lindahl advises PriceShape on acquisition of Priceindx
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to the Danish SaaS company PriceShape ApS and its owners, including the UK private equity fund Copilot Capital, in connection with the acquisition of Swedish Priceindx AB. The transaction marks PriceShape’s first acquisition since Copilot Capital became a shareholder in 2024 and represents an important step in the company’s strategy to strengthen its position in the European market for pricing and competitor intelligence.
Priceindx is a market leader in Sweden with more than 20 employees and a strong position in price monitoring and competitor analysis for e-commerce. Through the acquisition, PriceShape gains a leading position in the Swedish market and can continue to develop innovative solutions for retailers and brands seeking to enhance their competitiveness in an increasingly transparent and complex pricing environment.
Lindahl’s team consisted mainly of Viktor Wihlstrand (responsible partner), Christer Hagberg, Ida Hjorth, Isabelle Selemba, Josefin Tegnvallius Boklund, and Vanessa Tellenmark.
