Lindahl advises Heba Fastighets AB in connection with the company's repurchase of its own shares of series B. Heba is allowed to repurchase its own shares of series B to the extent that the company's total holding of its own shares does not exceed one-tenth of the total number of shares in the company. The purpose of the buybacks includes enabling an improvement in the company's capital structure, facilitating the transfer of shares in accordance with the board's authorization to transfer own shares, and providing the board with increased flexibility in connection with potential future corporate acquisitions.
Heba is a long-term and experienced property owner that develops, owns and manages residential properties and public buildings centrally located in the Stockholm-Mälaren Region. Heba has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm AB Nordic Mid Cap since 1994.
