Lindahl advises Clas Ohlson on acquisition of Phonelife and Reservdelaronline
Clas Ohlson strengthens offering in technology, accessories and spare parts – acquires Phonelife and Reservdelaronline.
Lindahl has advised Clas Ohlson AB (publ) ("Clas Ohlson") in connection with its subsidiary Spares Nordic AB entering into agreements to acquire 70% of the shares in Phonelife AB ("Phonelife") and 70% of the shares in Reservdelaronline Sverige AB ("Reservdelaronline"). Phonelife conducts online sales of technology and accessories through the sales channels Teknikmagasinet and Phonelife. Reservdelaronline conducts online sales of spare parts through the sales channel Reservdelaronline.se.
Both transactions are structured with an initial acquisition of 70% of the shares, and call and put options regarding the acquisition of the remaining 30% after three years. Completion will take place on 25 November 2025.
Lindahl's team has primarily consisted of Carl-Johan Krusell, Alva Resare, Johanna Karlsson and Tobias Carlsson.
