Lindahl advises CapMan Buyout on its sale of PDSVISION
Lindahl acted as lead legal counsel to CapMan Buyout in connection with CapMan’s sale and exit of PDSVISION, a leading solution provider for product design, systems engineering, simulation, and product lifecycle management, to a consortium consisting of private equity firms Bridgepoint and Polaris Private Equity.
CapMan is a leading Nordic private asset expert with 7.1 billion euros in assets under management and has developed hundreds of companies and assets creating significant value for over three decades. CapMan’s investment strategies cover real estate and infrastructure assets, real asset debt, natural capital and minority and majority investments in portfolio companies.

With a strong presence in 15 countries and a dedicated team of over 500 employees, PDSVISION delivers innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth for its clients.
