Lindahl advises as Brinova carries out major acquisition in Skåne and raises approximately SEK 143 million through a directed share issue
Brinova has acquired five properties in Bara Centrum, just outside Malmö, with an underlying property value of SEK 475m.
The holding consists of residential apartments and community properties including a sports centre, library, public dental surgery, grocery store, etc. CBRE acted as sole broker for the transaction. Completion takes place on 30 September.
In parallel with the transaction, Brinova carried out a directed share issue of 4,837,614 class B shares, with the company raising approximately SEK 143 million before issue costs. Swedbank acted as sole bookrunner for the capital raising process.
Lindahl advised Brinova on both the acquisition and the share issue.
