Lindahl advised Sweando Group AB in connection with its sale of Scandtap AB to Smedbo Invest AB. Scandtap AB, founded in 2015, has become one of the leading brands in the Nordics for stainless steel mixers and accessories for bathrooms and kitchens in the premium segment. Smedbo Group is a leading provider of premium accessory products for bathrooms, kitchens and hallways.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Jan Byström and Frida Lovén.
