Lindahl advised Combient in the sale of AI laboratory Silo AI to AMD

Lindahl has advised Combient AB and certain other Combient affiliates, in their capacities as minority shareholders, in connection with the sale of Silo AI Oy, Europe’s largest private AI lab, to the global semiconductor Advanced Micro Devices, Inc (AMD) for approximately USD 665 million.
