Lindahl acted as an advisor in Dacke Industri’s acquisition of G-TEK
On 12 December 2024, Dacke Industri finalised the acquisition of 98% of the shares in G-TEK, a leading actor within Powerpack installations for OEM manufacturers of mobile vehicles in Northern Europe. The current management will retain the remaining shares in the company.
G-TEK is a leading supplier of Powerpack installations, tailored for OEM manufacturers of mobile vehicles throughout Northern Europe. With a strong commitment to technical solutions and exceptional service, G-TEK serves several different industries, including mining, material handling, forestry, defence and rail. G-TEK has a global presence and supplies production facilities throughout the world. The head office is located in Järfälla, Sweden with facilities in Motala, Sweden and Evergem, Belgium. The company has a total of about 40 employees and an annual turnover of around SEK 175 million.
Dacke Industri, which is owned by Nordenstjernan, is a long-term owner that develops and invests in innovative technology companies. Dacke Industri currently has 27 subsidiaries within four divisions, about 1,700 employees worldwide and total sales of over SEK 4.6 billion.
Lindahl's team comprised Svante Liljedahl, Jannica Stefansson, Mårten Lindberg, Moa Gilbertsson, Cornelia Edefell, Isabelle Selemba, Olivia Sandin and Ida Hjort.
The acquisition of G-TEK is the twelfth acquisition in which Lindahl has been advisor to Dacke Industri.
