Lindahl has represented Etendo Holding AB in the sale of all shares in the wholly-owned subsidiary Etendo Sverige AB to CAG Group AB.

Etendo Sverige AB’s core business is to develop e-commerce solutions on the platforms Adobe Magneto and Wordpress.

Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Henrik Nobel and Isak Tholén.
