Lindahl legal advisor to Inission AB in connection with a change of listing to Nasdaq Stockholm
Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to Inission AB in connection with the company’s change of listing from Nasdaq First North Growth Market to Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market.

Trading in the company’s shares on the main market commenced on 28 April 2025. The closing price for the company’s share on the first day of trading was SEK 38.4 per share, equivalent to a value of approximately MSEK 758.7 for all shares in Inission.
Inission is a full-service provider of customized manufacturing services and products within advanced industrial electronics and mechanics. Inissions services cover the entire product lifecycle, from development and design to industrialization, volume production, and aftermarket services. Inission operates in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Italy, the USA, and Tunisia.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Dennis Westermark, Monica Lagercrantz, Agnes Widlund, My Gabrielsson and Leo Mileblad (capital markets and public M&A), Anna Romell Stenmark, Anders Carls and Elin Myhr (tax), Mikael Wärnsby and Sara Andersson (environmental law).
