Lindahl assisted K2A in the sale of properties in Växjö with an underlying property value of MSEK 650
Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to K2A in connection with the company's sale of four properties in Växjö. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 650 million and completion is planned for 30 June 2023. Purchaser is Resinova Bostads AB.
Lindahl's team consisted of Jan Berg, Alexander Schröder and Sten Gejrot.
