Lindahl advises Hines on the acquisition of eight industrial properties
Lindahl has advised Hines and its fund, Hines European Core Fund (HECF), on the acquisition of a portfolio of eight industrial properties in the Stockholm and Gothenburg regions.
The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 70,500 square metres and are strategically located close to key infrastructure, including the Port of Gothenburg and Arlanda Airport. The portfolio has an occupancy rate of 96 per cent and tenants such as Assa Abloy, Pilkington, Dafo Brand and Tesla, reflecting the strong demand within this segment.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Jan Berg, Alexander Schröder, Joel Öhrn and Linnea Andersson.
