Lindahl advises as Insig acquires residential portfolio in Helsingborg from Rikshem
Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to Insig AB in connection with the acquisition of a consolidated residential portfolio in Helsingborg from Rikshem. The portfolio comprises eight properties totalling 12,892 sqm, distributed across 170 flats, with an agreed purchase price of SEK 235 million.
The properties are centrally located in Helsingborg and form an operationally efficient cluster that strengthens Insig's presence in western Skåne. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 19 million and completion takes place on 1 April.
The majority of the properties were built during the 1980s and offer potential for both revenue-enhancing improvements and energy efficiency measures, in line with Insig's growth strategy and focus on sustainable property management.
Lindahl's team consisted of Anders Adielsson and Viktor Friberg.
