Lindahl advisor when Insig acquires residential portfolio in Nyköping
Insig AB has acquired four centrally located residential properties in Nyköping from Rikshem. Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Insig in the transaction. The agreed purchase price amounts to SEK 265 million, and completion is scheduled for 4 July 2025.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Insig AB in connection with the company's acquisition of a residential portfolio from Rikshem in Nyköping. The transaction comprises four properties with a total area of approximately 15,130 square metres, divided into around 200 apartments.
The agreed purchase price amounts to SEK 265 million and closing will take place on 4 July 2025.
The properties are centrally located and offer both refinement potential and opportunities for energy optimisation. With this acquisition, Insig strengthens its presence in Mälardalen in line with the company's growth strategy in the residential segment.
