Lindahl advisor to Riksbyggen in obtaining building permission in Hjärup
Riksbyggen is a cooperative company that develops attractive living environments. Riksbyggen is also one of the largest property managers in Sweden, whose customers include tenant-owner associations, companies and public property owners.

Lindahl assisted Riksbyggen in obtaining a building permit for 80-85 apartments just beside Hjärup station in Staffanstorp municipality. Seller is Skanska. Riksbyggen is planning to build Bonum senior homes, which are targeted at 55+ households in the relevant location. Construction is provisionally planned to start in the first quarter of 2025, with occupancy planned for the first quarter of 2027.
