Lindahl advisor on the sale of Wellness Studio to STC

Wellness Studio is a gym chain with 29 facilities in Blekinge, Småland and Skåne. After the acquisition, STC has over 250 gyms from Åre in the north to Trelleborg in the south.

STC took over as owner on 2 December. Wellness Studio will be operated under its current brand for a period thereafter, but during 2025 will be integrated, change name and be part of STC's offering and range.

The Lindahl team consisted of Svante Liljedahl and Jannica Stefansson.
