Lindahl advises when Addedo gets new strategic partner
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to the owner of Addedo AB in connection with the investment company Röko AB becoming a new partner in Addedo.
A significant part of the ownership in Addedo will continue to be controlled by people who work operationally in the company.
Lindahl's team consisted of Johan Herrström, Annika Brandt, Henrik Nilsson and Axel Strandborg. PwC acted as financial advisor to the owner of Addedo in connection with the transaction.

Addedo is an application consulting company with offices in Malmö and Stockholm that primarily works with strengthening processes and system support for financial reporting, planning and analysis. In 2018, Addedo's operating income amounted to just over SEK 97 million and the company currently has around 45 employees.
