Lindahl advises Söderbergföretagen in Nordic acquisition
Industrigruppen Söderbergföretagen J AB has acquired 91 percent of the shares in SEAB Intressenter Aktiebolag from Svante Landström AB.
Lindahl's team consisted of Johan Herrström (responsible partner), Annika Brandt (project manager), Sofia Smetana, Viktor Friberg, Simon Petersson and Emma Boeryd. Local counsel in the Nordic region has been Wiersholm (Norway), Gorrissen Federspiel (Denmark) and Waselius & Wist (Finland).
