Lindahl advises Relais Group on three strategic acquisitions
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Relais Group in connection with the group's acquisition of all shares in TJ Fordonsservice AB and Landströms Bygg & Plåt i Gällivare AB, as well as 70 percent of the shares in Qpax AB.
The acquisitions are part of Relais Group's long-term strategy to consolidate the aftermarket for commercial vehicles in Northern Europe. Through the transactions, the group strengthens its geographical presence, broadens its offering and creates further conditions for profitable growth.
Lindahl's team consisted primarily of Erika Svensson and Theo Biström.
Strengthened presence in southern Stockholm and Gällivare
TJ Fordonsservice provides maintenance and repair services for commercial vehicles. Through the acquisition, Relais strengthens its position in the strategically important southern Stockholm area.
Landströms Bygg & Plåt i Gällivare offers damage repair services for heavy commercial vehicles. The acquisition means a strengthened presence in the strategically important Gällivare area and contributes to further consolidating the group's regional coverage.
Majority acquisition in Qpax with focus on growth
Qpax, founded in 1999 and based in Färila, designs and manufactures lightweight aluminum bars for roof racks for light commercial vehicles. The company is well known for its high quality and attractive design. As part of Relais Group, the ambition is to accelerate Qpax's profitable growth and further develop the company's market position.
