Lindahl advises on the sale of Trellegräv to Storskogen
Lindahl is advising the owners of Trellegräv Aktiebolag in connection with the sale of the majority of the shares to Storskogen 3 Invest AB. Two of the sellers retain a minority of the shares in the company to develop Trellegräv together with Storskogen.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to the sellers in the assignment and the team has consisted of Staffan Brandt (responsible partner), Annika Brandt, Staffan Seger, Henrik Nilsson, Axel Strandborg and Linda Backman. Livingstone has acted as financial advisor.
About our client Trellegräv
Trellegräv is a significant player in the Swedish heavy demolition industry and, in addition to demolition, Trellegräv and its subsidiaries also carry out sheet piling (construction of support structures in the ground). The company's customers are primarily large construction and real estate companies, municipal companies and infrastructure companies. Trellegräv currently has around fifty employees and sales for the 2018 financial year amounted to SEK 180 million.
