Lindahl advises on the sale of Infomaker to Newscycle Solutions, Inc.
Newscycle Solutions, Inc. has through its Swedish subsidiary acquired Infomaker Scandinavia AB and its wholly owned subsidiaries Infomaker Norge A/S and Infomaker Finland OY from the previous owner Infomaker Holding AB.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor and PwC as financial advisor to the seller. Lindahl's team has mainly consisted of Johan Herrström (responsible partner), Annika Brandt, Simon Petersson and Michelle Berglund.
